NOTICE / AGENDA OF COMMISSION DELIBERATION TO TAKE COMMISSION ACTION ON THE BELOW-INDICATED CASES

 

     A non-evidentiary deliberation will be held in the below-indicated cases at

10:00 a.m. ET, 9:00 a.m. CT, or as soon thereafter as can be heard on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

     The deliberation will be conducted by means of Microsoft Teams.  Parties (including the named parties in these cases and the public) wishing to attend should call, 850-270-6017, and when prompted to enter the phone conference I.D. 897 712 707 followed by the # key, at the appointed time. Commissioners participating in this deliberation will not be physically located at the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

     ISSUES:  The above-indicated Commission Panel will vote on the disposition of each of the below-indicated cases.

     AUTHORITY:  Sections 120.569, 120.57 and 760.01 to 760.37, Florida Statutes.

     ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS:  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodation to participate in this deliberation should contact the Commission’s Clerk no later than (7) days prior to the deliberation at which such special accommodation is required.  The Clerk may be contacted at 4075 Esplanade Way, Room 110, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399, telephone 850-488-7082.

     RECORD:  A record of the deliberation will be needed should any party decide to appeal any decision rendered by the Commission with respect to matters considered at the deliberation.  For such appellate purposes, the party desiring to appeal must ensure that a verbatim record of the deliberation is made, which record must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.  A court reporter will record the deliberation.

     PROCEEDINGS:  The parties and / or their representatives are not required to attend this deliberation.  Pursuant to Fla. Admin. Code R. 60Y-4.028(3) oral argument from the parties will
