NOTICE / AGENDA OF COMMISSION DELIBERATION TO TAKE COMMISSION ACTION ON THE BELOW-INDICATED CASES

A non-evidentiary deliberation will be held in the below-indicated cases at

10:00 a.m. ET, 9:00 a.m. CT, or as soon thereafter as can be heard on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

The deliberation will be conducted by means of Microsoft Teams. Parties (including the named parties in these cases and the public) wishing to attend should call, 850-270-6017, and when prompted to enter the phone conference I.D., enter 295-975-184 followed by the # key, at the appointed time.

ISSUES: The above-indicated Commission Panel will vote on the disposition of each of the below-indicated cases.

AUTHORITY: Sections 120.569, 120.57 and 760.01 to 760.37, Florida Statutes.

RECORD: A record of the deliberation will be needed should any party decide to appeal any decision rendered by the Commission with respect to matters considered at the deliberation. For such appellate purposes, the party desiring to appeal must ensure that a verbatim record of the deliberation is made, which record must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. A court reporter will record the deliberation.
